DI Code Partners with Dr. Mehmet A. Orhan to Advance Leadership Behavior Measurement

DI Code is proud to announce an academic collaboration with Dr. Mehmet A. Orhan, Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Nyenrode Business University and a member of the Center for Strategy, Organization & Leadership. This partnership will focus on strengthening and operationalizing DI Code’s Leadership Behavior Measurement Framework.


Together, DI Code and Dr. Orhan aim to synthesize findings from decades of inclusive leadership research, in a rigorous and comprehensive system of measurements. The outcome of this collaboration will include jointly developed research, and resources that will advance  evidence-based leadership assessment and measurement.


This initiative underscores DI Code’s commitment to bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and practical leadership solutions. Stay tuned for insights and updates as we advance the future of leadership measurement.



About Dr. Mehmet A. Orhan

Dr. Mehmet A. Orhan is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Nyenrode Business University and a member of the Center for Strategy, Organization & Leadership. His research focuses on inequalities, inclusive leadership, and remote work, examining how behavioral processes shape organizational outcomes. He holds a Ph.D. in Work and Organizational Psychology from Tilburg University and multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from DePaul University Chicago and an MSc in Management from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He has held academic leadership roles at top-ranked international business schools and serves as a Senior Editor for leading research journals. Prior to academia, he worked in managerial roles in multinational corporations, bringing valuable industry experience to his research.
