The potential of inclusive leadership and its measurability

The evening is dedicated to the topic of the transformative potential of inclusive leadership and its measurability. With increasing challenges in the HR world such as talent shortages, employee retention and engagement, leadership must embrace diversity, empathy and innovation to drive meaningful change. This round table offers the opportunity to delve deeper and exchange ideas with colleagues (e.g. Beiersdorf, Unilever, Google, Pinterest, ...). Robert Todd, DI Code co-founder and lecturer at the University of Berkeley, will share his research results in a keynote on the topic: “Rethinking Leadership: AI-Inspired Insights on Human Behavior”. Robert's talk will show how artificial intelligence influences inclusive leadership expands our understanding of human learning. Dr. Mehmet Orhan, Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Business University Nyenrode, who supports Di Code in validating our tool for measuring inclusive leadership behavior, will be our guest of honor.
