Growing up internationally and bi-culturally has endowed Preeti with a diverse perspective and a profound understanding of various cultures and work styles. Her entrepreneurial passion lies in collaborating within vibrant teams composed of individuals with diverse personalities, strengths, and talents to collectively develop innovative solutions and tackle challenges. Her professional experiences in international network agencies, as an independent communications consultant, and in collaboration with global teams have demonstrated to me that diversity is a powerful driver of creativity and growth. Founding Women for Women International in Germany and serving on the Global Board have underscored the transformative power of genuine participation and inclusion for Preeti.
