Our Story
When our co-founder, Preeti and Sonja met in 2022 the world had just recovered from a pandemic and people were trying to find a common ground around what the new world of work will and should look like.
One theme became more important then ever: the impact of leadership!
Both share a passion for driving meaningful and positive change in the world and combining their expertise in leadership development plus bringing Robert, an eLearning and analytics veteran on board made it possible to start developing a tool which will empower global organizations to create more inclusive and more productive workplaces.
